Common Grammar Mistakes

Just a short post, as I’m sick. 😦 And for some reason, my body is deciding to introduce a new symptom each day, which means I’m getting worse, and not better. Ugh. Might be time to see a doctor…

I came across the following article – 20 grammar mistakes that (almost) everyone makes -on Facebook. And since grad students are always writing, and in my experience often have terrible writing skills, this article is definitely one worth looking over and keeping as a reference.

I know I learned something from the list – like the real definition for ‘moot’ (anyone else remember the Friends episode with Joey making a “moo point”?) and when to use who vs whom.
